The role

You'll be our first full-time seller. Your job is to find the clients who see marketing the way we know it works.

You define the strategy and then execute. Partnerships? Sure. GTM videos? Okay. Conferences? Let's do it.

What you'll do

Find marketers who love what they do, and what we do.
Be a product expert, working with the founders to improve the product over time.
Create immense value for our customers.

What you'll bring

6+ years closing deals, with meaningful time selling to growth or marketing leaders at DTC or ecommerce brands.
A track record of self-sourcing pipeline and closing six-figure annual deals.
Experience selling growth services, performance creative, media, measurement, or marketing technology.
The ability to sell a system rather than a line item. You're comfortable walking a CMO through why their vendors disagree and what that's costing them.
Comfort building from scratch, without a playbook, and with a high bar for your own follow-through.

Compensation

Base salary of $130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience.
Uncapped commission on new business, with a guaranteed draw while you ramp.
Meaningful equity as a founding team member.
